Farewell Nashville

Today I am packing up our apartment here in Nashville and will be making the 25 hour drive back to Rexburg on Monday! Kind of a last minute decision, but the guys will be knocking 1 1/2 hours away so they will stay in hotels next week (so I wouldn't see Brennen anyways), and there are some things at home I need to get figured out. Nashville has been good to us this summer, but I am defiantly ready to get back to my own bed, couches, all my kitchen stuff, and HOME!

*UPDATE- We changed our plans and are actually leaving on Sunday 8/23 now. 1 more week in Nashville*

4th of July

Our 4th of July here in Nashville was a little bit of a bummer. Around 5:00 when Krista and I started getting everything out for our big BBQ/volleyball/slip n slide party it started pouring rain! It would let up every so often, but for a majority of the rest of the night it rained and rained! That didn't stop the kids from going on our homemade slip n' slide or the guys playing volleyball until 11:00 though!

Another APX office has joined with ours here so we have full team now, and 5 more wives!! All the wives went to ice cream yesterday to get to know each other and I am excited to have them here in the office.

I put Brennen in charge of taking pictures so there aren't too many!

Some how Krista and I ended up grilling the whole night.

Some Girl Time

When Shantay and I saw this sale, we knew for sure we had to take advantage of it! So naturally we booked Shantay a ticket out here for some much needed girl time!

Memorial Day

The guys knocked during the day and then in the evening we went to do go-karts and eat pizza as their reward for beating the Omaha office! It was a lot of fun and great to spend a little time with Brennen... that time is far and few between in the summer. 

I am biased, but isn't Brennen so good looking!

Forever Friends

One of my best friends' fiance lives in Clarksville which is about 45 min north of Nashville. She was out here visiting him when we first got to Nashville and we had the opportunity to go to dinner with them. Darin has met an awesome guy, Russell, and I am so excited for her to get married in June! We went to a restaurant called Jackson's near Vanderbilt, it was really tasty. Russell was the best and got us Cookie Dough Egg Rolls which were amazing! I am glad Darin will be moving out here in June after the wedding... I see some shopping trips in the future!
