Max and Ruby Show

While searching online for splash parks in Austin I came across the blog Free Fun in Austin. They were hosting a giveaway for 4 tickets to the Max and Ruby Bunny Party, and guess who won! We invited our friends Noelle and Emrie and headed to downtown Austin for the show. We had dinner at a yummy wrap and smoothie shop before the show. I was a little nervous how Avalynn would handle life size costume bunnies, so I tried to prep her before hand saying they would stay on the stage and wouldn't be able to get close to her. When Ruby first came out Avalynn did get scared but it only lasted for a few seconds and then she was in love. Whenever Max or Ruby weren't on stage she kept doing a weird sign that I had never seen before. After a little bit I realized she had made up her own sign for "bunny" (little smartie pants!). I had told her before the show that bunnies go "hop, hop, hop", so she would do her sign for dog and say "hop, hop". It was a cute show and we're glad we got to enjoy it with good friends!
