Independence Day

Brennen had to work in the morning so I headed off to the Greeley parade with the kids and some of our neighbors. The parade really made me appreciate Utah parades because this was nothing like what you get in Utah. They didn't even throw a single piece of candy, the kids were pretty disappointed about that. Later that evening we went to some friends house for a BBQ with the most amazing burger bar and food. We were all stuffed and couldn't get enough of the sugar cookies! We came back to our cul-de-sac to watch fireworks in our neighbor's backyard that backs to the lake, we probably had the best seat in the town!
