Devin's Mission Farewell

My little brother was called to serve in the Philippines Bacolod Mission and reported to the MTC on March 27. This boy will be the best missionary out there! We went to Utah for his mission farewell and a few days with him before he left. We love this kid so much and are so proud of him!
